This year, HITEX 2022 was successfully held in coordination with KRG. In coordination with HITEX, the Kurdistan Regional Government gave unprecedented support through its Department of Media and Information (DIT) and Department of Technology and Information (DMI), as well as brought forward a variety of ministries and essential parties. Through the Communications and Media Commission, the Iraqi government also showed its support for the exhibition. Because of these circumstances, HITEX expanded its scope to include firms from all over the world and became an international event.
